Research Paper Source Report

Feel free to cut and paste the questions below into a new file and then type your answers below the questions.

1. What was your original article?  How is it listed on the Work Cited? (If it is not used, fix this problem.)

2. On what page do you cite it?

3. How many sources do you list on your Works Cited? (If fewer than 10, explain why.)

4. How many of them are Internet-only sources? (If more than half, please fix this problem.)

5. For each of your sources, answer the following questions:

a)      What is this source alphabetized as?  (List the author, title, or whatever comes first.)

b)      Where did you find this source?  (Name of library, website, etc.)

c)      How did you locate this source? (Library catalog, name of database, search engine, etc.)
