Sorry, I only finished the first Chapter of Mark in this comparison of the Synoptic Gospels (plus John). I used Mark as the basis for the comparison because it is generally considered by Biblical scholars to be the oldest of the gospels. Sorry for the small text, but this is the only way I could put the columns side by side. The Sayings Gospel Q is a theoretical gospel (no copy exists) that Biblical scholars believe was written prior to Mark, Luke or Matthew. They also believe that Matthew and Luke derived their "sayings" of Jesus from this gospel.
Gospel means "good news." and is derived from the Greek word euangelion. The synoptic gospels are Mathew, Mark, and Luke. Synoptic means "presenting the same or common view."

1:1 The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;
1:2 As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.
1:3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. 3:3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. 3:4 As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. 1:23 He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.
1:4 John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins. 3:1 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, 3:2 Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.
3:3 And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins;

1:15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.		 3:16 I baptize you with water but someone more powerful than I is coming. I am not fit to untie his sandal straps. He'll baptize you with holy spirit and fire.
3:17 His pitchfork is in his hand, to make a clean sweep of his threshing floor and to gather his wheat into the granary, but the chaff he"ll burn in a fire that can't be put out.
1:9 And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan. 3:13 Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.
3:14 But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?
3:15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. 1:34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.
1:12 And immediately the Spirit driveth him into the wilderness. 4:1 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. 4:1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, 4:1 Jesus departed from the Jordan full of the holy spirit and was guided by the spirit into the wilderness,

4:7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
4:8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and showeth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

4:3 The devil said to him, "To prove you're God's son, order this stone to turn into bread."
4:4 Jesus responded to him, "It is written, 'Human beings are not to live on bread alone.'"
4:9 Then he took him to Jerusalem, set him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to him, "To prove you're God's son, jump off from here;
4:10 remember, it is written, 'To his heavenly messengers he will give orders about you, to protect you,'
4:11 and 'with their hands they will catch you, so you won't even stub your toe on a stone.'"
And in response
4:12 Jesus said to him, "It is said, 'You are not to put the Lord your God to the test.'"
4:5 Then he took Jesus up, and in an instant of time showed him all the empires of the civilized world.
4:6 The devil said to him, "I'll bestow on you authority over all this and the glory that comes with it, understand, it has been handed over to me, and I can give it to anyone I want.
4:7 So if you will pay homage to me, it will all be yours."
4:8 Jesus responded, "it is written, 'You are to pay homage to the Lord your God, and you are to revere him alone.'"
4:13 So when the devil had tried every kind of test, he let him alone for the time being.
1:14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 4:12 Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee;
4:13 And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim:		 4:14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.
4:15 And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.
 Kingdom of God is an idiom that is sometimes translated as:
a) God's counsel
b) a reign of harmony
c) God's imperial rule
1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. 4:14 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,
4:15 The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;
4:16 The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.
4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
 Repent ye is an idiom meaning do not do it again.
1:16 Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers. 4:18 And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers. 5:1 And it came to pass, that, as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret,
5:2 And saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets.
5:3 And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon's, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship.
5:4 Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.
5:5 And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.
5:6 And when they had this done, they enclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.
5:7 And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.
5:8 When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.
5:9 For he was astonished, and all that were with him, at the draught of the fishes which they had taken:		 1:35 Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples;
1:36 And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!
1:37 And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.
1:38 Then Jesus turned, and saw them following, and saith unto them, What seek ye? They said unto him, Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master,) where dwellest thou?
1:39 He saith unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where he dwelt, and abode with him that day: for it was about the tenth hour.
1:40 One of the two which heard John speak, and followed him, was Andrew, Simon Peter's brother.
1:41 He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.
1:42 And he brought him to Jesus. And when Jesus beheld him, he said, Thou art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, A stone.
1:17 And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men. 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. 5:10 And so was also James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus said unto Simon, Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch men. 1:43-51 At this point, John records the calling of Philip and Nathanael.
1:18 And straightway they forsook their nets, and followed him. 4:20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed him. 5:11 And when they had brought their ships to land, they forsook all, and followed him.
1:19 And when he had gone a little farther thence, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the ship mending their nets. 4:21 And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them.
1:20 And straightway he called them: and they left their father Zebedee in the ship with the hired servants, and went after him. 4:22 And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him.
1:21 And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught.
1:22 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes. 		7:28 And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:

4:33 And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice,
4:34 Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God.
4:35 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came out of him, and hurt him not.
4:36 And they were all amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.
4:37 And the fame of him went out into every place of the country round about.

1:29 And forthwith, when they were come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.
1:30 But Simon's wife's mother lay sick of a fever, and anon they tell him of her. 		8:14 And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever. 4:38 And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon's house. And Simon's wife's mother was taken with a great fever; and they besought him for her.
1:31 And he came and took her by the hand, and lifted her up; and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered unto them. 8:15 And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them. 4:39 And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered unto them.
1:32 And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils. 8:16 When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:
8:17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.		 4:40 Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.
4:41 And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.
1:33 And all the city was gathered together at the door.
1:34 And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him.
1:35 And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. 8:18 Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart unto the other side. 4:42 And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place: and the people sought him, and came unto him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them.

1:43 And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away;
1:44 And saith unto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but go thy way, show thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them. 		8:4 And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, show thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them. 5:14 And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and show thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
1:45 But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter. 5:15 But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.
5:16 And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.
